September Weight Update (9/25/25)

It’s been a minute since I’ve updated the blog. My weight kind of fell into a plateau for the past two months. I kind of fell off everything; Half wanting to take a break, and half just being lazy with my weightloss. I managed to maintain 304, but now my current weigh-in is at 301.8.

So hopefully I am back in the swing of things. The big change moving forwards is going to be drinking more water. The thought process is 1. Obviously it’s beneficial for my health and 2. I can flush out the sodium better to have more accurate measurements of my weight.
