Hey there, back again mid-october for another weight update. I’ve managed to successfully crush through the plateau! I know right? I honestly thought I was going to be there for longer but, after locking in hard and upping my training we broke through.
As of right now I’m sitting at 293.6, probably the lowest I’ve weighed since I was in high school, and man do I feel great. Getting up and going about my day is easy now, and I’ve even been looking forward to posting on here (hence the mid-month update, lol).
Just a quick check in to let you know what is up, and to keep myself accountable.
