Current weigh in – 328.8 (Lowest post-void weigh in as of recent)
I’ve been taking it a bit lax in terms of my cardio. It’s mostly an issue of energy so I’ve relegated my cardio to a few walks around my apartment complex. Strength training has been on the come up, slow progression every week but I’m seeing nice gains in my legs and arms, and I’m starting to notice the weight around my gut and back shrink down.
So just a quick update because not much has changed; But, still on the grind.
