Hey again, time for my June weight update.
As of my weight in today I weighed in at 311.2; Another 11 pounds down. This month I decided to focus in on my calorie deficit, I definitely was less consistent this month than usual.
Plans for next month are:
1. Renewing my gym membership. Going to be focusing on cardio again and hopefully I can see a more consistent downward trend in my weight loss.
and 2. Focusing hard on my calorie deficit. I wasn’t buying as many groceries as I should have been, and deciding on eating out more in June than I should have. So locking down my calorie deficit should also help accelerate my weight loss.
